I picked up my van today. I was told by another shop that the vibration I was feeling was coming from my transmission/torque converter but it was work they didn't do. I turn to B Frank Auto expecting to replaced/rebuild them for a few grand. They ended up finding the transmission to be working order and after asking questions about the vibrations they were able find the REAL cause of the problem and have me on my way for less than 10% of what I was expecting to be paying. I can't thank them enough for their knowledge, professionalism and most importantly honesty for getting me down the road quickly and safely!

So far I’m super satisfied of the service which I have received on my Nissan Quest which had an air conditioning leak. The problem was located, and I received a quote at which time I gave the go ahead for the repair. I received the van back and the air conditioning hasn’t worked this well ever since I had the vehicle. I believe it may have been low on Freon ever since I bought the van eight years ago!
In June 2024, I dropped off a Chrysler Town and Country and had B Frank service it as it showed several codes and the check engine light was on. They did an excellent job, again, and repaired the engine plus I had them repair an Air Conditioning issue on the same vehicle. Everything continues to work well. I highly recommend these folks.
Again I had B Frank service my 2012 Nissan late 2024 and had front end suspension work done as well as front brakes. The van works like new.
